august 11-13, 2006 seeing red

Checkit: before and after. The red is the same paint from the back of the book case in my home office. The yellow was a first effort but the red is more correct. It turns out the original stairs in the house had red risers (the vertical face of the steps) very close to this same color and it’s very similar to the color of the siding on the outside of the house.
