still waiting

Still waiting on the appraiser & the bank. No new news. It's hard to wait when I want to get moving.

I'm hesitant to do any more planning (floor plans, searching for fixtures on Craigslist.com, pricing floors, so on) don't want to get any more attached if it all falls through.
